Why give builders a written brief?
If every builder prices from the same list, the quotes can be compared like for like, and there is a clear record of what you asked for.
I don't know the technical terms. Does that matter?
No. Say what you want in your own words. A builder will ask if anything is unclear.
How do I send it?
Make the PDF and share it by email or message from your phone, to as many builders as you like.
Can I add more than one photo to an item?
Yes, up to four: a close-up and a wide shot, for example. You can draw arrows, circles or free-hand marks on each one.
Do I have to speak the notes?
No. Speaking is quicker, but you can type any note, and edit every note before you make the report.
Where are the photos kept?
On your phone. They are not uploaded to us. Save the PDF or Word file to keep a copy elsewhere.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Seento is being tested on both, and will be released as an app.
